The outside is just as amazing, the large deck is perfect for entertaining but private enough to sit on the deck and enjoy a morning coffee with spectacular views. It comes with a locked storage cupboard, perfect for storing all your boating equipment. Step down the stairs of the deck to your own semi-private front yard, this really is the perfect retreat from the busy life you may live. Around the side and you get your own undercover carport/ boat storage that also has a big shed included.
